Organic Beef

Our organic cattle are raised without antibiotics, growth-stimulating hormones or fed animal source protein.  In compliance with the Organic Standard, our cattle have been fed nutrients and feed, which are "certified organic" and meet a multitude of other strict criteria. Organic beef is the premier beef in the USA. Our organic grass fed cattle eat what nature designed them to eat, insuring their health and yours.

Our Co-op predominately breeds organic Angus, which are solid black cattle.  They are resistant to harsh weather, undemanding, adaptable, and good-natured. Angus cattle mature extremely early and have a high carcass yield with nicely marbled meat.

We are one of the few companies capable of supplying Organic Beef throughout the entire year.

We only sell and process "full carcass" programs for retailers, distributors and importers. We do not offer consumer mail-order programs. We process all orders at our USDA approved Organic Certified Processing facility. We also sell to selective states "live" on the hoof.
