This means Rustler Ridge™ organic ground beef includes the selective boneless sub-primals that premium steak cuts come from while assuring an extremely high quality 100% organic grass fed lean ground beef.

Our organic cattle are raised without antibiotics, growth-stimulating hormones or fed animal source protein.  In compliance with the Organic Standard, our organic cattle have been raised on pasture all of their lives, are never fed anything but organic pasture grasses, hay, and grass silage (a form of fermented grass), which are "certified organic" and meet a multitude of other strict criteria.

Studies have shown that grass-fed beef is leaner, richer in omega-3 fatty acids, and higher in the antioxidant vitamins A and E than grain-fed beef.
